Responsibilities
- Direct communication with customers
- Negotiate commission structure with customers
- Maximize customer retention
- Manage customer needs
- English proficiency is a must as most of our communication is in English
- Managing retention activities
- Ability to work in all Google Suite products (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Communicate with the team and management on project development, timelines, and results
- Participate on team meetings to update members on partners performance and initiatives
- Be proficient in the use of Affiliate tools
Qualifications
- Excellent negotiating skills and result-driven
- Detail-oriented & well organized
- Demonstrated proficiency with numbers and data
- BA/BS Degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred
- Willing to attend exhibitions and travel when required
- You love sales and you are a communicative person and a team player
- You know how to communicate effectively and efficiently
- You have a structured and detail-oriented personality
- You are always learning and want to improve
- You can get introduced to new systems easily (training will be provided)
- You love chatting with customers
- Experience with sales
