Vita Media Group is currently seeking an Office Assistant to join its Skopje Team. This is a fixed-term position.
The responsibilities of this role are divided into several categories:
Finance
- Organizing and processing invoices
- Correspondence with the accounting department
- Managing internal invoice records
- Monthly tax payments using the e-banking system
- Collaborating with the Company Manager on monthly budget planning
- Registering new employees (AVRM)
Human Resources
- Setting up new employee accounts with the assistance of our tech team
- Preparing new employee contracts using the existing company template
- Vita Media Group Office Management:
Managing office equipment and supplies
- Overseeing food catering orders
- Handling the office alarm system
