Vita Media Group is looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist to become a part of its fast-growing team in Skopje. You will be joining a dedicated CRM team.
Vita Media Group has offices in Copenhagen and Skopje. Our work is mostly focused on affiliate marketing in iGaming – across all online marketing channels. With a dedicated data-driven approach we ensure that our users always find exactly what they are looking for.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support for the users for all the issues they might have during evening hours (6 pm – 1 am CET) and peak time during the weekends
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Monitoring and resolving customer complaints on social media and chat
- Deliver the bonus packages upon users’ request
- Informing customers about new offers, features, functionalities
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
- Daily testing of the transactional emails for broken links, flow, and text issues
- Implementing minor improvements for the transactional emails.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Support role
- Stable internet connection between 6 pm. – 1 am, and weekends
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Familiarity with the iGaming industry is a plus
