The Tech Team in Vita Media Group keeps expanding. We sat down with Kiril Mishevski and Aleksandra Nikolovska who have joined as a WordPress Developer and Junior Java Developer to get to know more about their Vita experience so far. Kiril and Aleksandra are already in line with the company products and are working and contributing to new improvements and innovations in Vita Media Group’s offer.
The team is excited to welcome Kiril and Aleksandra in the team, who have recently joined our team and are working together to fulfill the company’s goals.
We had a quick interview with some of our employees to learn more about why they joined Vita Media Group and their future goals.
How would you describe Vita Media Group as a workplace?
Aleksandra: Having a company culture that operates outside of a typical office structure makes VitaMedia Group a great workplace. Employees are often working together and there is attention to brainstorming and innovation. It is a dynamic company with a vibrant and flexible work environment. I can easily make a work-life balance.
What are some highlights of the job so far?
Aleksandra: This company and my coworkers are constantly encouraging me to think deeply. There are nice conversations happening and a lot of things to be learned. Especially in the iGaming industry. It’s a place where I can grow as a Java Developer and also help the team evolve.
What do you think about your new colleagues?
Aleksandra: I really like my new colleagues. We all treat each other with respect and kindness. Also, I have great cooperation with my colleagues from the tech team. There are so many things that I can learn from them while working on some very interesting projects.

What do you like the most about Vita Media Group?
Kiril: My favorite aspects of working at Vita Media Group are my coworkers’ kindness and helpfulness, as well as the constant stream of activities and gatherings. The IT team is made up of the best professionals you can find, and they’re always willing to assist me and teach me new things when I’m stuck on something.
What’s your biggest challenge right now?
Kiril: The most challenging part so far is creating and implementing the logic for our new shop on Ekstrapoint and making it robust and well-designed for the best user experience.
