We have been quite busy the last couple of weeks. A lot of new projects recently saw the light of the day. And a lot of work was done on the strategies for the upcoming period.
However, we are most happy because of the new employees who have joined the path of Vita Media Group recently, and are working with the teams to achieve our company goals.
Today, we are catching up with Marko Pakovski, our new Operations Specialist, Dina Kechan, our new Project Manager, and Ljupche Stojanov, our new Sales Manager, so let’s check how our new employees are doing so far.
What are you working on in Vita Media Group?
Marko: Currently, most of my time is dedicated to AWS Quicksight Management, Account Management, and of course handling Jira tasks ๐
Dina: I will be working as a Project Manager for different casino brands. I will make sure that everything runs smoothly since there are so many moving parts and contributors that each work toward achieving the big picture โ therefore, it would be good if we are all aligned. ๐
How would you describe the work culture in Vita Media Group?
Ljupche: Work culture in VMG is motivating. There is always someone to jump in and help if needed, I see a lot of devotion when it comes to completing tasks, but on the other side an office full of fun and entertaining people.
Dina: When it comes to working with a team, the work culture in a company comes high up on the list. It is important that the culture is healthy – respect, appreciation, support, well-established communication, positivity… this list is by no means exhaustive, but these are some of the things that were on top of my head that I came across these past couple of weeks.
Why did you join Vita Media Group?
Marko: Well, I would say that I felt the need for a new challenge on a professional and personal level and I believe that VMG is a great opportunity for that.
Ljupche: When I first heard about Vita Media Group, I thought it seems like it is a really nice place to work at, great people and full of opportunities. I joined Vita Media Group because as a company cares it for its employees, it values their efforts and gives them opportunities to grow professionally.
