  • Managing retention activities
  • Manage customer needs
  • Direct communications with customers.
  • Maximize customer retention
  • Negotiate commission structure with customers
  • English proficiency is a must as most of our communication is in English
  • Ability to work in all Google Suite products (Sheets, Docs, Slides)


  • You love sales and you are a communicative person and a team player.
  • You know how to communicate effectively and efficiently
  • You have a structured and detail-oriented personality
  • You are always learning and want to improve
  • You can get introduced to new systems easily (training will be provided)
  • You love chatting with customers
  • Experience with sales.
